The minimum charge for Tile and grout cleaning services is $225.00, unless we are already providing other services at your home.
All services come with a minimal level for site preparation; Moving basic & light furnishings and limited site protection.
However, extensive movement of furnishings and complex protection of adjacent surfaces will need to call
for a surcharge that will be determined upon our pre-cleaning inspection.
