I have garage stocked with state of the Art Professional Drying & Restoration Eequipment and supplies. Though I may needto contact my distributors for specialty supplies now and then, I don't have to go rental supplier for old technology that's inefficient and outdated or wait for the hardware store to open too often.

 

Did You Know?

 

Within minutes; water starts spreading across the floor and downwards through the cracks, padding soaks it up like a sponge, baseboards get wet, walls, furnishings, and curtains start absorbing water.

 

Within hours: pre-existing water related problems reactivate, natural fibers start to “brown,” Wood Flooring and Furnishings start to swell, bacterial odors, and other problems begin.

 

Within days: wood floors start to buckle and warp, carpets begin to de-laminate, glue-down and double stick installations fail, moisture can damage home furnishings, and worst of all mold and mildew growth are taking place.

 

Within weeks: the house / facility will need major work that will require a C.I.T. (Certified Industrial Hygienist), a Mold Restoration Contractor! How Can I Help?

 

Depending on the circumstances, there are varying courses of action that we can take to mitigate the loss. I run each job in accordance to the I.I.C.R.C. Flood Standard.

 

I start with a Speedy Response to scope out the situation and extract the water, developing a plan of attack and executing it to dry your home and its structure.

 

  • I may dry the carpet and pad in place, I may need to remove the padding carpet or I may need to remove the carpet and padding.
  • I may need to remove the baseboards to dry the walls, drill vent holes behind them, and maybe even remove the insulation or even part of the wall!
  • I may need to vent the ceilings
  • I may need to remove the linoleum flooring to let the wood-sub floor dry
  • I may need to remove cabinetry to dry the walls behind them

I have a small warehouse full of dehumidifiers, Turbo Dryers, H.E.P.A. filters, and other Specialty Drying Equipment and supplies to handle most residential and a variety of commercial situations. I can dry out ceilings, floors, and walls. I can erect plastic walls to contain the work area and create a drying chamber as well as venting the area.

 

I am usually done with the immediate water restoration before your adjuster arrives and I’ll come to meet with you and him / her, report (Thermal Images if necessary) in hand, to go over the job and future required work.

 

I will work with the insurance company to coordinate the project and review the work; However, I work for you the insured, not your insurance company.

 

Thus, I do not accept the Terms and Conditions that so called “Preferred Providers” are forced to assume to become “preferred providers” for insure companies; for example waiver of emergency response fees, trip & labor charges for monitoring and adjusting equipment, air filtration devices/ H.E.P.A. Filters, cleaning/ decontaminating of  job-site & equipment, and so on. All of the work to be done is justifiable and is specified by the IICRC Flood Standard and must be performed to ensure proper mitigation of your loss. Any limitation of MCC Services effort’s will be liability of the limiting party and require signature of a waiver, we will not be held responsible for any complications that may arise that are out of our control.

 

 
Fire & Smoke Restoration

 


I only handle small scale fires that do not require extensive contents cleaning or pack-out. Dealing with Water Removal and Restoration, Smoke and Odor Removal, Deodorizing and Ventilation, is my niche. I don’t have the capacity, experience or the staff to handle severe Fire and Smoke Restorations and I’m not willing to learn at your home or business! A man has to know his limitations
